What are the symptoms of labour?
The most common symptoms that indicate labour in the beginning beginning are uterine contractions. These contractions appear in the form of abdominal pain which comes and goes. Initially the periods between contractions are more spread out; however, as we approach labour, these contractions become more frequent and intense.
In other cases, the first sign that labour is approaching is when the amniotic sac breaks with clear fluid that drains out through the vagina.
