Requirements:

Female

• Under the age of 50
• No uterine, tubal or ovarian disease
• Body mass index less than 30
• Absence of genetic alterations requiring Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis.
• Absence of previous egg donation treatments.

Male

• Under the age of 50
• Semen analysis with a sperm count of more than 3 million per millilitre
• Does not have severe asthenozoospermia nor severe teratozoospermia.
• Evaluation of the normal genetics of male factor, if necessary
• Absence of genetic alterations requiring Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis

Requirements:

Female

• Under the age of 38
• Normal ovarian reserve
• Absence of gynaecological pathology (hidrosalpinx, severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, malformations, adhesions, endometrial development defect)
• Body mass index less than 30
• Absence of genetic alterations requiring Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis
• Absence of previous IVF treatments with own eggs

Male

• Under the age of 50
• Seminogram with sperm count greater than 3 million per millilitre
• No severe asthenozoospermia or severe teratozoospermia
• Study of the normal genetic masculine factor if needed (FISH, DNA fragmentation in spermatozoa or meiosis study)
• Absence of genetic alterations requiring Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis
