Dr. Alejandra Casas

From a very young age, I knew that I wanted to be a doctor – I had a true vocation for caring for people.

When I was studying medicine, I fell in love with gynecology. Thus, I started to specialize in gynecology and obstetrics and I had the chance to come into contact with assisted reproduction for the first time through a clinical rotation at Barcelona IVF.  It was then that I knew that I wanted to dedicate my life to giving patients the opportunity to bring life into the world. 

I feel fortunate to be able to be part of a clinic where a close relationship with the patients is combined with continuous training to be able to provide the best possible personalized treatment.

Although the road to travel to achieve a child can be a long one, I love being able to accompany my patients until the expected result is achieved.

Medicine is a very enriching profession on a personal level – one that I would certainly choose again.
